SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through VAEMISH, operated by HEMSHE NAVIORE LIFESTYLE LLP.

  1. Shipping Coverage

VAEMISH currently ships within India only.

Delivery availability, shipping charges and Cash on Delivery availability may depend on the destination PIN code and the services provided by our courier partners.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3 working days after successful order placement and payment confirmation, where applicable.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Processing may take longer during launches, promotional periods, high-order volumes or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Processing time is separate from courier transit time.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately.

  1. Estimated Delivery

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination, PIN code, courier partner and local operating conditions.

Any delivery date communicated by VAEMISH or the courier partner is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, weather conditions, operational disruptions, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers can monitor the latest shipment status using the tracking information available through the VAEMISH website or the designated courier partner’s tracking website.

  1. Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be made available through the order-status page and/or the courier partner’s tracking facility.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and mobile number when placing the order.

  1. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes.

VAEMISH does not currently charge an additional Cash on Delivery fee. Availability may be changed or restricted at VAEMISH’s discretion.

A customer who refuses a confirmed Cash on Delivery order may become ineligible for future Cash on Delivery orders. Subsequent orders may be accepted on a prepaid basis only.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, landmark and contact number.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, refusal to accept delivery or failed delivery attempts:

• The original order may be cancelled.
• For prepaid orders, forward-shipping and return-to-origin charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If re-shipping is offered, the customer must pay the applicable re-shipping charges before dispatch.

  1. Courier Delays

If a shipment is delayed, VAEMISH will coordinate with the courier partner and provide reasonable assistance.

Courier delays caused by circumstances outside VAEMISH’s control do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation after dispatch. This does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law where delivery is materially delayed beyond a stated schedule.

  1. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for an unreasonable period or the courier partner confirms that a shipment has been lost, please contact us.

VAEMISH will investigate the shipment with the courier partner. Once the loss is confirmed, VAEMISH will offer a replacement or, if replacement is unavailable, a refund to the original payment method.

  1. Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, record a continuous unboxing video before opening it.

Damage, leakage, missing-item and incorrect-product claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.
