Refund and Cancellation Policy

VAEMISH is a brand operated by HEMSHE NAVIORE LIFESTYLE LLP. We take great care in preparing and securely packing every order. Please read this policy before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personal and sensitive nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal fragrance preference

  • Dislike of the fragrance after purchase

  • Products ordered by mistake

  • Opened, used or tested products

  • Unopened or sealed products where there is no defect, damage or fulfilment error

  • Discovery sets, samples or complimentary gifts

We recommend reviewing the fragrance notes, product description and other available information before placing an order.

This restriction does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law for damaged, defective, incorrect or misrepresented products.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Order number

  • Registered name and contact number

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging and product

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening of the parcel and the issue with the product

An unboxing video is required to help us verify transit damage, leakage, missing products and incorrect-product claims. Where applicable, claims will always be handled in accordance with Indian consumer law.

After verification, VAEMISH will arrange a replacement with the same or correct product. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund for the affected product will be issued to the original payment method.

VAEMISH will bear the approved return-shipping cost for damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect products. The customer must safely preserve the product, original packaging and all included items until the claim is resolved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 working days.

After initiation, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway. Shipping charges are refundable only where required by this policy or applicable law.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@vaemish.com or +91 85271 23189 and provide the order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

VAEMISH reserves the right to cancel an order in cases including

Maine “No Returns” clause ko defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products ke statutory remedies se separate rakha hai. Indian e-commerce rules legal identity, contact details, grievance mechanism and remedies for defective/not-as-described goods require karte hain.

Sirf Grievance Officer ka name and designation abhi missing hai. Terms mein placeholder diya hai—publish karne se pehle replace karna mandatory hai.
